I'm Gaia Lenzi — architect (licensed in Argentina) and visual artist, born in Italy, raised in Argentina, now living in the American West and working internationally.
I focus on the concept stage of residential and hospitality projects, where a space's direction and identity are decided: site reading, spatial concept, massing, materiality and atmosphere.
For permits, most projects only need a local stamp — usually an engineer's — and my concept packages are designed to hand off cleanly to whoever provides yours.
